Hydraulic Briquetting Presses HLS
The Hydraulic Briquetting Press HLS reduces the volume of dusty or incombustible materials from the central exhaust systems in various industries to make their transport or storage easier.
It features modular construction with a number of individual options optimising the space utilisation, reducing power consumption and service demands
Possibilities and Advantages of the Briquetting Presses
- Replacement of more expensive fuel by the waste of their own shop. In summer months it is possible to create a reserve of briquettes for the winter, which are more storable than wood shavings.
- The presses are equipped with an automatic system with sensors scanning the high and low level of the material in the hopper for unmanned operation.
- The choice of large capacity hoppers to deal with an irregular production of a large volume of waste substituting the silo, with their possible completing by an auxilliary feed of the roughage.
- Dust-free connection of the presses to the central exhaust system or unit exhausters.
- Easy installation and operation, possibility to operate the press at the temperatutre to - 20ºC.
- Modular construction facilitates easy maintenance and upgrade of older presses.
- Low power consumption, small area requirements.
- Reduced volume of waste provides for better handling dusty materials.
- For materials with moisture content over 15% we offer the BUS swadust drier.
- HLS are approved by the Engineering Testing Institute, State Testing Laboratory no. 202 Brno.
