 Pyrolysis
"Pyrolysis" means the degrading or breakdown of an organic substance by the application of heat, but without any flame. Applying heat in a controlled manner allows Pyrolysis without flames and forms the basic effectiveness of the cleaning system to remove coatings without any damage to the parts. The coating is turned to smoke and other gases leaving behind pigments and other inorganic material which forms an ash.
Any smoke or gases generated by the process are drawn into an integral afterburner where the temperature is raised and the smoke is completely burned at 850ºC. The emissions then consist primarily of carbon dioxide and water vapour which are harmless products.
The danger of ignition of the parts in the furnace is minimised by the reduced oxygen content, (about 10% inside the furnace), thus controlling the element needed for ignition. The process of controlled Pyrolysis should not be confused with incineration, which is the use of fire and flames in an uncontrollable fashion, which causes damage and distortion to the parts involved.

 Biomass
The need for using alternative energies to heat industrial sites has lead us to design the Air Generators UNICONFORT MOD. FMT/F. These plants work with wood off-cuts using both an automatic supply system with Fuocomatic and a manual one. The high yield of the air generator is the result of the high quality materials used and of our long experience in this field.
Technical Features:
- The combustion chamber has been designed for high temperatures to allow for the best heat exchange with the air.
- The heat exchanger is made of steel and is connected to circular smoke tubes for the maximum yield.
- The external structure is completely insulated with high density insulated material, protected by stove enamelled casing.
- Self bearing structure of thick steel plate with varnish to protect against corrosion.
- Ventilating group with double spiration, statically and dynamically balanced for silent operation.
- Wood shaving automatic feeding system composed of container for feeding and provided with an internal feeding device and an orthogonal reduction gear, variable speed geared motor for the flow of wood, spiral screw feeder, air fan.
- Electric control system for automatic and controlled operation.
